An Integrative Approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy
At times we all feel out of balance within ourselves and in life which can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, overwhelm or anger. I work with people to restore this balance, exploring emotional blockages, deeply held beliefs and unconscious desires and helping to bring them into alignment with the truth of their being.Choosing therapy is the first step in regaining inner and outer balance on every level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - to rediscover our sense of well-being. It is a process of self-discovery and can lead to a more authentic life where we are connected to the deepest part of ourselves and others and can live in a more responsible and creative way.
My approach is integrative meaning that I embrace an attitude towards the practice of psychotherapy that affirms the inherent value of each individual. I work holistically and creatively with each client drawing inspiration from different therapeutic modalities to suit the needs and requirements of each person.
I am offering counselling and psychotherapy, both long and short-term, in a safe place in which to explore any psychological difficulties you may be currently experiencing in your life and to help unfold your potential.
