the act of creating yourself."

An Integrative Approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor and a member of the BACP practicing in both Cambridge and West London. I have trained as a transpersonal and integrative psychotherapist embracing an attitude towards the practice of psychotherapy that affirms the inherent value of each individual. I work holistically to help find a balance in all aspects of the human being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, stuck in your life situation, suffering from a traumatic experience or a loss, struggling with addictions, lacking in self-belief, or just feeling aimless and dissatisfied with life, counselling or psychotherapy may help you.

Choosing therapy is the first step in regaining control of your life and emotional well-being. It is a process of self-discovery and can lead to a more authentic life where we are connected to the deepest part of ourselves and others and can live in a more responsible and creative way.

I am offering counselling and psychotherapy, both long and short-term, in a safe place in which to explore any psychological difficulties you may be currently experiencing in your life and to help unfold your potential.

Location in Cambridge and West London

I have a practice in Cambridge located at Cambridge Complementary Health Centre just off Market Square.

My London practice is based at Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education in Maida Vale within easy reach of Little Venice, St. John's Wood, Queen's Park, Bayswater, Notting Hill Gate and Paddington in West London and Central London.
